1.The first time going to this place was ok but the woman doing my nails was not doing a good job because she made me bleed cause she cut my actual skin instead of the nails and was filing my real nails way too rough. Also, when getting my nails done a woman behind her threw a nail buffer at her and hit me instead. Bad service. 2. About the third time (and the last) time I went, I had gone to this different lady who I had never gone to before and had asked her for coffin shaped nails and told her the length I wanted, she told me that I would have to pay $7.00 more for that shape and $5.00 for the length. She acted like I haven’t been there before and didn’t know what I was doing, on top of that she was giving me much attitude. Bad service. 3. Another time when I went my nails were really nice and I somewhat enjoyed them but after a while of having them on, me and my friends nails had brown streaks growing on them.

My experience here was very good Tina listened to my request of how I wanted my nails. My mom is actually the one that normally goes to this salon and every time I see her nails they’re always perfect so I said to myself self lol let me give them a try and I will definitely be going back she was very personable and friendly.

just had gel manicure, not even home yet and three natural nails broke because they were drilled do thin. also don’t quite understand why I have to pay more money for a gel manicure only to have to pay an additional $5 to remove it the next time I go back for my next manicure. my nails are so damaged from the gel manicures, won’t be going back again.

Worst customer service ever! – when I told the “possible owner” that I did not want gel nails..she took a horrible turn in attitude for the last few times. Just this week i had to reschedule an appointment and whoever took my call, rudely hung up the phone on me a couple of times. I am considering a complaint to BBB! They think they are allowed to be rude to the consumer..NOT!
