Regal nails in the Waterford Walmart is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to! The staff is friendly, the prices are fantastic, and my nails always look beautiful after I go there! You can walk in and get immediate service, or you can make an appointment, whichever is better for you. I’ve been to nail salons in New York that don’t give the service that this nail salon does and for far less than what you would pay elsewhere. They are great!

I asked him one day about changing people how it works and he said the longer your nails are the harder it is for them. It could take up to 3 hours to take polish off. So he charges more.
