I have been a customer here for years. The staff is friendly and always makes time for me. I typically make an appointment, but there have been moments when I have shown up on a whim and received great service. I NEVER feel like I am bothering them or asking for too much. The salon is always clean, the staff is dressed properly, and they remember how I like my mani/pedi every time. Great service and very nice people. There are days when it seems like they triple book, but leave yourself plenty of time.

I got my nails and eyebrows done. When I walked in and sat down they started to file my nails and stopped half way through to do someone pedicure. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and after showing three people they said they couldn’t do it. Ten minutes later someone stared to do my nails, I asked the guy for the SAME design and he said “…. okay?” he never asked if I wanted gel, after getting my eyebrows done, he then charged me more than it said and after I confronted them they gave me my money back. It was a weird experience but nails came out good.

Staff was distracted; constantly answering personal calls. Basic pedicure was adequate although she did do that leg pounding thong for three times as long on one leg since she was fighting on the phone with someone. I assume it was fighting since no one spoke a word of English to me the entire time beyond the requisite ‘you pick your color’ and ‘you pay now.’

This place was totally unprofessional, and the employees are rude. I went a second time thinking maybe it will be a different experience but no it was worse this time I walked out with my nails barley done. The women who started doing my nails stopped and started working on another client and then told me I had to wait for my nails to dry when I was already under the UV light for and 6 minutes, now I’ve been getting my nails done for quite sometime and I’ve never waited that long to have them dry and when I asked her if she could please finished she sent another women over to finish the job she started I was farious and I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional this place was. Prior to my second visit another women stormed out BECUASE she believe they gave her nails FUNGUS !!! I don’t NOT recommend anyone go here infact the health department should be called .

Nice place for a good manicure. The wait is not long and the manicurists are excellent. I was greeted with a smile and the wait was not bad at all. Parking available in a very safe area.
