Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI treated my daughter and myself to a manicure yesterday. Before we left she told us to put our own topcoat on at home because she can’t guarantee hers… what?? .. but I did make sure to do it. She didn’t put base coat on my daughters nails and after just a few hours of playing dolls the nail polish was almost completely gone. I treated my daughter and myself to a manicure yesterday. Before we left she told us to put our own topcoat on at home because she can’t guarantee hers… what?? .. but I did make sure to do it. She didn’t put base coat on my daughters nails and after just a few hours of playing dolls the nail polish was almost completely gone. My this morning my nails were chipping too and I have been very careful with them. What a complete waste of money.

Horrible! Got acrylics done and they were so thick and uneven and bumpy! Nail polish is peeling off and underneath is still wet and getting everywhere. Went to 90’s and had them fixed.

I’ve gone to this salon twice now. Both times were great. The first time, I had to wait a little because it was busy, but that was fine because I understood. The second time, it only took about an hour for my mom and I to both get them done. I think this nail salon is great. The nails are durable and look nice.

First off it took 2.5 hrs to get just acrylic nails. They kept bouncing around customer to customer. The man who did my nails had no clue what he was doing. He put the nail on and cut them with scissors and cut my finger at the same time. He was rushing because people were piling up. I mean i get make your money but don’t rush tour customers. My nails are all messed up and my fingers are covered in glue and polish. My paint is all smudged. I will never go back. Never. Oh and The lady was very rude to my friend.

I just had my nails done. I Went in for tips. He asked what color I wanted. I said I didn’t just wanted the natural look. He painted them pink and when I pointed out that I wanted it natural with the white tips. He said people up here are weird and than said I didn’t explain it correct. So he painted the tips white but it cost me an extra 10 dollars. Lets not even mention the crooked nail. Will never go back!

I had the worst pedicure I have ever had. The tech was rough. She cut me twice. She poked and dug at my toe nails as I constantly flinched. She and her coworker chatted to each other in a language I did not speak and she took two personal calls during my appointment. I will NEVER go there again. I’d rather pay double then have that kind of experience.
