Have been going to regal nails for a few months now four times exactly. In the beginning I thought they were the greatest they did a good job I had June each time except for lately like the last time I went two weeks ago a girl had called in sick so they were running behind I always make an appointment and I waited almost 45 minutes and another girl started on me then June was in such a hurry to get me done because she had other people waiting that the acrylic near the cuticle she didn’t prepare right and all the gel acrylic lifted off in 4 days that’s an expensive gift to myself but It should last more than 4 days anyhow I’m deciding whether or not to go back there again I really did like the place

Cheaper prices then other local competitors, very friendly and my nails even came out better then the last place I went to. I was a walk in with my mother and they took us both in promptly. They where very friendly and patient! It was a very relaxing enjoyable experience. I will be recommending them for anyone who is inquiring about getting their nails done. I was a walk in with my mother and they took us both in promptly. They where very friendly and patient! It was a very relaxing enjoyable experience. I will NEVER go back there. I had the worse experience there. I was getting a full set of nails with the gel, by Ween, and the girl wasn’t talking (except to her co-workers in a different language). The nails only lasted 5 days. I went again (only because I got a gift certificate from my son) to get another set, this time it was done by Kelly (I think that was her name she’s American). She said she had been doing nails for 14 yrs. Ok I’m gonna get a good set. This time it was worse. My nails and fingers felt like they were seriously on fire while being cured. I bit my tongue cause I didn’t want to make a scene (I should’ve said something). Then I was charged for French and for the nail polish! I was never told in advance about the extra charges! So for a set that should’ve been $45, it came to $54. NEVER AGAIN will I go there again and NEVER recommend it!

DO NOT GO HERE!! WARNING! Worse place ever. They’ve cut my cuticle area with a drill, then continued sanding until it burned me, not once but 7 times in one appointment and then tell me it was my fault when I said something. All this was 2 years ago, hadn’t been back until today. I thought I’d give it another try since they remodeled. Maybe the owner refreshed on how to run a business and maybe retrained his employees one how to do nails and be more professional. . Nope, same horrible nail techs are there, same atmosphere, same attitude, nails look chunky, polish on cuticles. The girls that work there are lazy, catty, rude and have no class or professionalism. Very uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a salon setting.

Wife and daughter love the place. First and foremost, it’s a VERY clean and sanitary establishment. Second, quality of work is very good. Third, pricing, actual customer service is fair and wonderful. HIGHLY recommended for any occasion. A+++++

I felt rushed and very uncomfortable. Had gone in for a mani pedi. While one girl gave me the pedicure, another came over and began doing my nails. Keep in mind, I’m sitting in the chair soaking my feet and am expected to reach my left hand across my body to my right – how uncomfortable. While one girl is massaging my leg, the other massaged my arm. Not at all enjoyable or relaxing, in fact there was only one other patron and she verbalized ” you cant be enjoying that”. I made a statement “you must be in a hurry”……one girl replied, no, I’m just bored. Aside from the sense of no enjoyment, I had to clean under my fingernails myself, she used clear coat instead of nail polish on my fingers and didn’t file the nails to the same size. While I was under the foot dryer, another technician kept staring at me, perhaps because I was verbalizing discontent? A gentleman technician? kept sneezing ungraciously loud………..wish I had not gone in and spend $48 on misery. I will not go back!!!
