i went to get acrylics and the lady was nice but i asked for regular polish and she told me gel is better and she said she would give me a discount for my nails. she kept asking if i had a lot of friends and she kept saying bring 5 friends and i’ll do your nails for free. my nails aren’t the length or shape i wanted they came out super chunky and thick all my nails are different shapes and lengths. don’t waste your money here.

Manicurist completely ignored customers, coworkers and I. I was getting a fill and was there for two hours… my nails are all different lengths thickness and shapes. The only reason why I came here was for the cateye nail polish, she didnt leave the magnet on long enough and it just looks like regular polish. The only pleasant experience was one woman who was extremely hospitable and kind she made it endurable. Will not go here again.

Nice place…I was getting my nails done for the 1st time. While doing my nails they kept trying to get me to try other services, After I said no thank you repeatedly. Got my eyelashes done here and they came out awful. It took her 3 hours and they were not what i asked for. They weren’t full and were synthetic even though she told me she would be using real lashes. Don’t waste your time or money here for eyelash extensions

I went to Regal Nails Salem New Hampshire in Walmart before shopping about a year ago to this day. As a walk-in I was amazed by the greeting I got from Lien the owner. She had rolled out the “red carpet treatment” for a quick Mani-Pedi. I told Lien I was pressed for time and she started filling the Pedi-chair with water and a mint product, asked me to sit and adjusted the massage chair and told me to just “RELAX”. Lien then called one of her top employees named “Sika”. The total “WOW FACTOR” was setting in. Sika was giving me a Pedi. while Lien a mani…. Lien at Regal Nails went over and above my expectations (especially as a walk-in). I’ve been going there ever since (about every 3 weeks) and the level of service is 5 stars.
