The worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. Sloppy, polish everywhere, nails filed crooked. There’s dip powder stuck to my nail beds, sides of my fingers and under my cuticles. It looks like a 5 year old painted my nails, I wish I was exaggerating. I will never go back. I can’t believe I had to pay $40 for this. It also looked unsanitary and the tables were dirty and instruments re-used. Get a manicure there at your own risk.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in on a Sunday afternoon, they were able to take me right away. I asked to have Gel manicure removed. They said ok, the posted prices says $5 for removal with a hand written $10 without service. The manager asks if I want a manicure with that? At first I say no, then agree that, yes I should do both. I wish I took a picture of the first job that the middle-aged woman did, they don’t tell you their names any more. She charged me $25. I was a bit in shock looking down at my nails. I dazed through Walmart & bought some bins & hand lotion and got in a checkout line. The woman in front of me had been in the salon having a pedicure, I recognized her, I showed her & the cashier my nails. They both were aghast. I went back, my technician smiled at me as she worked on her pedicure in progress. I pointed at the manager, he was also working on another customer. I showed him my nails. They exchanged words in their language and he motioned to me to sit back down. She immediately walks away from her current customer and begins to wrap my nails in foil to continue to remove the leftover gel she didn’t the first time. Not only were my nails still covered in gel, they were not filed evenly or even cleaned under the nail. I could still see dirt. In a manicure all that should be taken care of, it was not. I say to her, finish with your customer I can wait. She continues to move between the two of us. On the second try she continued to remove the gel with her dremel. She buffed them & then applied cuticle oil and asked me to wash my hands. She took a file and barely touched them, they are as sharp as razors right now. She say, “Ok now?” Both she and the manager smile, now I am seething. I say, “No” and just walk out saying, “Don’t worry, I won’t be back.” I use to go to this location for a long time, back when a woman named Lucy worked there. She always did an amazing job, I tipped her very generously. I did not even tip this time because I was that upset. I had gone to get cash at the checkout as they only accept tips in cash, but while walking through the store I thought, no, I am not going to tip for this terrible rush job that took her 20minutes. For $25 I should have had a real manicure with polish and clean even nails. I wish I could say better things but this was ridiculously rude and terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money. I have to go have this fixed somewhere else! Even my husband, who never notices anything actually said, “Yeah, those look awful.” Nice Regal Nails, never again.Service: ManicureI went in on a Sunday afternoon, they were able to take me right away. Received a gel manicure. It was already bubbling after leaving. Started chipping after 3 days. Now, a week later, my cuticles are still raw and bleed at times. Will not go back. Manicure

I made an appointment for two pedicures, one normal and one gel, for a Sunday afternoon. We had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes, which allowed me to run to the ATM and grab cash since you can’t tip with a card – definitely remember to bring cash for this reason! After waiting, I had a great pedicure. I forgot to ask his name, but the man doing my toes suggested doing white under the neon color I was going for, and I’m so happy he did because my toenails came out perfect! The rest of the staff was friendly – I’ll definitely be back!

I had a French dip done by Snow and it was apparent that she had never done that before. Bryan who sits next to her in the middle row was coaching her in their language and when he finished who he was working with he took over. To say the least my nails have never looked so bad. I have gone there several times and I’ve had wonderful results but this is the first time I’ve had my nails done from either one of those two and I would steer clear away.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI should have known better getting my nails done inside a Walmart, but I read the positive reviews and figured I’d give it a try.I have never been more disgusted in hygiene practices, pandemic or not, than I was today. Please do not go to Regal Nails, or at least verify improved hygiene practices prior to going. I wish I had.My technician wore a mask and had a barrier between us. They do not have you clean your hands upon arrival and nor do they. There was no social distancing between customers. The girl next to me was about 2 inches away and they also expected as to share the UV light with our hands. My technician not once washed her hands. She grabbed her phone, turned on the sink for my nail soak, touched doorways and multiple drawers and not once washed her hands or sanitized. When my manicure was done I did watch her rinse her hands with water only.I’m an RN so I may be more observant with hygiene practices than most, but this is unacceptable, pandemic or not. And if all this weren’t enough, I got a terrible manicure. She used a nail drill (that is used on dozens of other people daily) to get off my old gel-polish, along with soaking, another infection risk. These are peoples fingernails!! Gross!!I’m sure this is a systemic Regal Nails and Walmart problem, not just the Epping location, but please don’t go here until their practices change. It’s not worth it.Service: ManicureI should have known better getting my nails done inside a Walmart, but I read the positive reviews and figured I’d give it a try.I have never been more disgusted in hygiene practices, pandemic or not, than I …More

Don’t bother making an appointment because they won’t even ask your name and when you show up they’ll tell you it’s still a 20 minute wait.

Over all the experience wasn’t bad they were nice but not super friendly or talkative which I was okay with but overall it was not very clean and the files definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently which didn’t make me very comfortable, I didn’t love my shape but I’m sure you could have it changed I just felt a bit uncomfortable asking but for the price not bad at all. I got a full acrylic set for 45$ plus tip. It definitely is nails in walmart so it’s kind of exactly what you would expect.

This is one of the best places around, I’ve gone off and on for years (before & after having my son) & they have been lovely to me. I’m impressed with the improvements they’ve made & how well they manage all their clients. The clients seem equally as friendly & I just always have a great experience, how can you no?! It’s a time to relax while pampering yourself right!
