Critical: Punctuality, ValueI was there for 3 hours and the lady who first started my nails I asked for white to pink ombré she never said she didn’t know how to do it or anything she was doing the dip the shaping my nails and I kept telling her they do not look good that’s not how their suppose to be! My nails looks grainy and just absolutely horrible! then got seen by the supervisor who tried to fix but it still looked so bad and I voiced that over and over and over! Their huge at the ends their not shaped right the color is horrible! THEN she charged me 58$ for soemthing I hated and they did so wrong! Horrible cutomer service they should of atleast gave me a discount or not had me pay at all! I don’t usually write reviews, but for this one I had to. The customer service here is horrible. The lady who did my manicure was so rude and kept telling that it’s my fault that I didn’t pick gel and it’s going to take long to dry. She and her colleague kicked me out before my nails were dry and kept saying I told you to pick gel, which was not within my budget. There’s so much that happened that day but to save my time all I can say is.. DON’T Go There

They were busy but got me in for a full acrylic tip set and a pedicure. Pricing was a little expensive considering it is inside walmart. My only complaint is they did not put tips that actually covered across my nail on some nails. That means on the sides my real nail is exposed.

I never was able to get what I asked for because, apparently they believe if there was a miscommunication ONE time that it’s ok to to tell me they will not make an appointment with me. So I made and appointment first time with Rosy, I got the flu I canceled 4 days before, when I called back she kept trying to see if I can go with someone else I stated no because I like how she shapes, she is the best there. so she give me Monday at 3:30 is what I understood, so I went in to find out she was there at 9:30 because that was my appointment, so again apparently miscommunication. Why would I drive to Walmart at 3 and go in sit there if I knew it was at 9:30. So I call next day and Rosy decided to tell me it’s not her fault I misunderstood and she can not make me another appointment. I think I would understand if I had made so many appointments and never show up and have a history of this but it was one miscommunication really??? Mind you I only have her do my full set every 6 months and this would of been my 3rd time, I have my own nail girl who just wasn’t around. Never again they need to get the language together and not blame others for misunderstanding.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is terrible. I wanted a specific design and instead of them telling me they don’t know how to do it they shuffled me around. Eventually they gave up and kept suggesting I do something else. They are amateurs and not very professional when it comes to nail design. If you want basic nails then I’d go there.

I have a personal preference as to whom I like to do my nails and she is always booked so I usually call ahead but at times I have waited for her. I have run in there in an emergency and they have taken me right away. I have had gel, acrylic, powder dip, all the different types of nails .
