Service was fast, friendly, and informative. The manager, explained about the different types of nail options, the pros/cons of each and the prices for upkeep. Today’s experience was extremely above my expectation. Will be returning in a couple of weeks.

I got a fill done the paint was painted on uneven and the paint started to peel from 3 of my nails right away a week later my whole thumb nail came off then bits and pieces of 2 other fingers nails came off bit by bits and by 2 weeks 4 nails were pretty much to the point of coming off . not only that i called in an additional time she said give her 20 mins to shop for groceries for her son i have a son so I totally understand and agree I waited 20 mins I walked in and the employee gave my spot away to two other woman that didn’t call and or have my name. This is not the first time this lady has done this to me however the nice patient person i am gave her chance after chance to make things right i will not ever be going back.

I come here very often oh, actually it’s the only place I come to you anymore. Kelly and the rest of the girls do excellent work and they’re fast. I would recommend this regal nail salon to anyone that wants good quality work on manicures pedicures and now they even do foot massage. Five stars in my book!

Went in for a pedicure and the service was just okay. Exercised and the polish stuck to my socks! Called the store and the manager told me to come in and she’d fix it. Get there and she tries to charge me. She refused to fix my nails or give me my money back. Worst nail experience ever. I don’t want to see anyone else ripped off. Do not use this salon!

My wife got her nails done her a few times. The last time they were filing her nail down so hard it hurt and she said stop and they continued til she had to pull her hand away. Very unprofessional. Expect the owner to arrive here and claim the review is fake.

Not very fond on them at all. Every time I go in that place they are always rushing through my nails. And always have a ruined attuited with me every time in go. and always short on staff. Just very rude oh and they don’t really have a conversation you as well. so not very friendly and pricing is it. I got charger for a design on my nails even though nail teach said I wasn’t going to charge you.

I ABSOLUTELY love this nail salon. I have been going regularly for about a year and a half. I have tried other nail places, and never do I get the same professional experience as I do at Regal Nails. It’s very affortable but more importantly, both ladies are extremely caring and professional with their customers. I will NOT go anywhere else.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent in at 5:00 pm (they close at 7), only one other person there getting a pedicure and 2 manicurists working only to be told by the blonde that they couldn’t do it cause she had a birthday party to get to. Now if that’s the case then you plan ahead and have someone fill your spot. I won’t be going back.
