I went here for the first time today and the service was great! I got a full set of white tips done by Cindy who is new here from Texas. Honestly it is one of the best full sets I have had in quite a while! At many other places I have had bubbles in the gel or been burned by the grinding tools, but Cindy did a great job! I also got a pedicure done and it was also fairly nice. A little pricey, but honestly it’s worth it to treat yourself!!

I’ve been on the fence about this place for the last year but decided to give them a shot, I went an hour before they were set to close for a simple acrylic set with no color and only clear powder. When the lady started doing my nails she commented “I wanted to close early, but then you show up.” Then cut me with the file and proceeded to say “oh I cut you” and continued on, did not sanitize anything or the cut. I then had to tell her at least 10 times I wanted just clear acrylic while she kept insisting I needed pink white and clear for more money. By the time she got finished I had been cut once more and the shape of the nails were all crooked. The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to by far.

Not going back ever!! I went to get a manicure and the guy doing my manicure made me bleed from two of my just by filing and than cut other fingers with cuticle clipper! I finally had to tell him to be more careful! he did a horrible job painting my nails! I think my daughter can do better! He also looked like he was mad the whole time was never kind at any point also looked like he was in a rush, obviously if I bout ended up with no fingers!

Went to get my nails done they were super busy so me and my sister in law waited for 2 hours and when we got called up to do our nails we told them how we want them for our shape and thickness and the lady refused to do it the way we wanted them. Then she stopped in the middle of our nails to start someone else’s nails. Never have had someone put the acrylic on then just stop to start on someone else’s. Whole process tools 4 hours when should only been 2 if not less. She was very rude to us and kept telling us to stop talking when we weren’t even talking. And then I had to get the money out and my nails weren’t dry and I kinda smuggled one of my nails a little and she told me I had to fix my own nail that it was time for me to leave that She didn’t have time to fix it. Definitely won’t be going back i would have not rated them any stars worst nail place to go too. Waist of my 2 hour drive from my house!

Kevin is great! I was hesitant at first because of the low rating. But it was my birthday, and I wanted a set of acrylics THAT DAY! Kevin was able to get me in, and I have gotten SEVERAL compliments on my nails. His only down fall I would say is he is looking for help. So it’s only him at the moment.

I have had the best experiences out there every time. They have done wonderful jobs with my pedicures, acrylic nails, and my fills for my acrylic nails. They have always been friendly and are always willing to work me in! I enjoy going there and getting great costumer service!

Well my appointment was ate 2:00 its now 4:00 still here. They consistently over book, I have listened to the guy here make 3 appointment for 4:00 with only two ppl working my daughter’s app was at 2;00 as well, he just finished her nails and is starting her pedicure at 4:00 .#$•&%

The new management is AMAZING! I was scared to go there again because of my last experience with the old owners. I went anyway and realized they are new people…wow what a different experience! Nails looks stunning and they were kind and considerate. Waaaay better prices too. I got my eyebrows done too for only 10 dollars and they look perfect!

I went there to get a pedicure. The man working on my pedicure was so distracted by other Walmart employees and by the woman also working there he was NOT paying attention to me and what he was doing to my nails. It was extremely frustrating watching him gawk at everyone else the ENTIRE time. It was weird. When he wasn’t staring at others, I thought he might be falling asleep on me. I was there for a very long time because he just couldn’t focus and I wasn’t impressed with the service I received. I will not go back here.
