Kelly and Kevin were amazing. I came in after 6pm because Pro Nails refused to provide the services I needed, but Kelly was attentive wit my nails and Kevin did a spectacular job on my toes, they worked on them at the same time, which made me feel special and they didn’t rush their work, and it shows. WILL BE GOING BACK! Thank you so much!

I was super excited when I left here, although I thought they didn’t thicken the nails enough, but I didn’t say anything. Not 30 minutes after I left one of my nails broke, I went back to ask them to fix it and thicken the rest of the nails, they tried to tell me it would take to much time and they can do it when I get a fill, I don’t live in Lufkin and would not be coming back for a fill, I paid $75 for these nails including tip and expressed that I wanted them thickened. They finally agreed but I still should not have been questioned after paying this much money on a set. They were short almond and only 2 nails had designs, I thought the price was a little high but I paid anyway.

Very relaxing experience and the most thorough pedicure I have ever had done. This was my first time getting a manicure and I loved it!

My pedi was ok but it seems they’re not accustomed to dealing with elders. More than once my mother winced from the pain. It was supposed to be a treat, not a torture.

Excellent service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I showed Kathy a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that with her own little flair! She is very skilled and patient with request. I definitely recommend them! This will forever be my nail salon!

My first time at Regal Nails. The customer service wasnt that great. I waited an hour for service then she charges me $40 for a 20minutes task. Powder on my own nails. That is totally taking advantage of new customer. Honey, I have had better quality for a portion of your cost. I would not recommend any person of color to this place. Its obvious we are not welcome.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a manicure and pedicure here recently and was highly dissatisfied. The gel manicure peeled off after just two days, and was sloppily applied. The pedicure consisted of soaking my feet in lukewarm water for 2-3 minutes and then abruptly painting my toenails. When I asked why they were painting already and not giving me a pedicure, a woman screamed from across the room that that was what I asked for. Not the case. No one asked me what I wanted, and I never saw a services menu. It was also expensive for a polish change, which was in essence what I received. I will not be returning.I had a manicure and pedicure here recently and was highly dissatisfied. The gel manicure peeled off after just two days, and was sloppily applied. Do not plan your bridal nails here. They took three hours the day before my wedding to do a manicure. I had also scheduled in advance for my bridesmaids and I to do manicures and pedicures the day of my wedding. When we got there the whole place was full. They didn’t have any room for us even though I had verified the reservation more than once. One of my bridesmaids didn’t even get to have her nails done at all because they had no room and no time. They have no respect for your time or special occasion.
