Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy friends and I have been going to your so called Nail Salon for many years. But that is definitely over! Your Nail Tech did a horrible job on my friends nail. She was naturally upset but was trying to explain to the tech how pitiful her nails were and, didn’t look anything like she wanted. Well the technician lost her mind and started throwing her tools down and screaming at my friend. This was such a disappointment. And the owner treated us even worse by speaking to us in a horrible manner. Look at the pictures I posted with this you will see the pitiful job they did. My friends and I have been going to your so called Nail Salon for many years. But that is definitely over! Your Nail Tech did a horrible job on my friends nail. She was naturally upset but was trying to explain to the tech how pitiful her nails were and, didn’t look anything like she wanted. Well the technician lost her mind and started throwing her tools down and screaming at my friend. This was such a disappointment. And the owner treated us even worse by speaking to us in a horrible manner. Look at the pictures I posted with this you will see the pitiful job they did. I’m not a professional but of All the places I’ve ever been they add stuff to remove cuticle and oils to help hydrate. Then the coloring on the nails well I think the pictures speak for themselves. I told him the edges were showing and he files the edges and tells me if he goes any further down it will cause polish to come up??? Took him less than 20 minutes to complete my complete manicure. Went in for a gel manicure. The gentleman who did it clipped, shaped and cut cuticles but did nothing else. I’m not a professional but of All the places I’ve ever been they add stuff to remove cuticle and oils to help hydrate. Then the coloring on the nails well I think the pictures speak for themselves. I told him the edges were showing and he files the edges and tells me if he goes any further down it will cause polish to come up??? Took him less than 20 minutes to complete my complete manicure. I never do anything for myself so I was super excited to get my nails done for myself I asked for medium length and she cut them to the skin short on most of them. I asked for gel 3 times but she still used dip. Two of my nails are slanted she rushed through the set in 20 min. There is color on my skin. I also have a cyst on the top of my hand/wrist that I’m very self conscious about and worried medically about that she poked and pushed on not once but twice and tried a third time before I mentioned what it was. I will say the staff was friendly but I did leave very upset. I never do anything for myself so I was super excited to get my nails done for myself I asked for medium length and she cut them to the skin short on most of them. I asked for gel 3 times but she still used dip. Two of my nails are slanted she rushed through the set in 20 min. There is color on my skin.
