I’ve been a regular at this nail salon for about four years now. And they have pretty decent prices but I will say there staff there are not friendly. They all seem as if they’re always annoyed or irritated. I’m writing this review because this is the second time I’ve had a broken nail/ nails within 2 to 3 days of leaving the salon.

I questioned my daughter about going to this salon since I experienced poor nail work. She went on 10/22/22, the shop was not busy. The tech was an older women who kept questioning my daughter if she had enough money. The acrylic work was thick and uneven. The was only one coat of shellac put on and short curing time.

I’ve seen great pedicures done here but mine was average at best. My eyebrows were less than and I wasn’t thrilled. Everyone is nice and it is a clean and relaxing environment! My first time was much better than this time!

I’ve been to this business many times for a pedicure. Today, I was there and I thought the woman was calling me back with a hand signal. When I walked in to get in the chair, a man (I believe was the owner) rudely said (yelled?) MAY I HELP YOU?. I stated I thought she had called me back for my pedicure. NO. AT LEAST AN HOUR. I was basically sent out. Never again Regal Nails. For the same price, I can be treated nicely AND actually get my pedicure. They said one hour, I didn’t go back and never will. Bad business!

WORST!!!! Salon ever, I told him my nail bed was sensitive because he was trying to rip off my old nails & he said he doesn’t and can’t work on my nails and if I could go somewhere else! Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI have been getting my nails done for years and I must say this is the worst they’ve ever looked. Although she was a very kind woman, she did a poor job all together. She didn’t even completely fill my entire nail just toward the nail bed. When she painted my nails she kept smudging them and would not have fixed them had I not said some thing. In addition to that I was also cut in the process. I got my nails done six hours ago and the polish is already chipping. And because she didn’t completely fill my nail it’s lifting on the end of one of them. The process was a very hurried one as there were other customers that kept walking in. I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I am with the outcome. There were not many nail colors to choose from and the salon was filthy!!! I had asked for a certain color for my toe nails, was given the wrong color and also the owner was very quick on my pedicure because she had a line of customers out the door and I also had smudges on my toe nails when she said they were dried. I tried telling her 4 times that she had the wrong color but didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. She is a very nice lady but I left frustrated and felt I paid for sloppy service. She did a manicure as well and all my nails were crooked and not filed correctly, you could tell she was rushing. So I told her to skip the color on my nails as I was afraid she would mess that up as well. In the end I paid $50 for all of it and felt I didn’t get the service I paid for.

They have a good color selection but today I went to get a pedicure and they cut ALL and I mean all of my toenails off. I had been growing them out and they were to the ends of my toes. I’m extremely disappointed and now I’m stuck with gross little tiny toenails.
