Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis experience was AWFUL!! Would NOT recommend to persons of color, our green doesn’t seem to be as valuable as others. Wish I saw prior reviews before going.They offer pricing that is subjective and quite pricey for the poor quality of work ($55 for non gel short coffin nails with color and outline color(nothing fancy, no jewels- just basic polish) , they requested to be paid up front from us but not from there other customers and when completed, the guy ran after me yelling,”Did you pay, did you pay”? Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here years ago, only once, and it was TERRIBLE. They have no idea what they’re doing, the scheduling and timing are terrible, they can’t handle an ounce of stress, and they act like they’re doing you a favor by even considering doing your nails. I see absolutely nothing has changed and I’m SO glad I didn’t waste more than one terrible visit with them! My nail technician now is AMAZING and will surprise me with free nail art if it’s a holiday, a special occasion, or if I go on vacation. There’s WAY better out there, ladies. I went here years ago, only once, and it was TERRIBLE. They have no idea what they’re doing, the scheduling and timing are terrible, they can’t handle an ounce of stress, and they act like they’re doing you a favor by even considering doing your nails. Done sloppy and they dont listen to what you really want, even with pictures. If you like ur nails done right and dope art don’t go to them.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

The one gentleman that works there is rude and comments about someone’s weight and the way they looked. Super inappropriate. I’ve noticed other staff be very unprofessional with other customers. I used to pay 40-50 for a nice shellac manicure and now they want to charge 80+(including tip) which is ridiculous. I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years and in the past year everything has changed. The one gentleman that works there is rude and comments about someone’s weight and the way they looked. Super inappropriate. I’ve noticed other staff be very unprofessional with other customers. They always do such an amazing job and are always friendly and professional. My nails always get compliments and the looks I’ve had surpass everything I’ve had before. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had the pleasure of getting Chi as my nail technician and she did so wonderful. I told her I was a bartender and so I needed my nails shorter but she was able to make them thicker and still keep the length and shape I wanted. She did very well with finer details as well.I noticed in their down time other employees were cleaning and stocking.It was a very clean yet warming environment.I made sure to make an appointment 2 weeks out!I had the pleasure of getting Chi as my nail technician and she did so wonderful.
