I have been going to this nail salon for 4 year and have never been let down. The only i will tell u not to get is the gel it’s not very good. My nails are always how i like them. Please let them know exactly what u want. Don’t be afraid to ask them questions. They are lovely people and have great energy no matter what. Some pictures shown below

I went there this past Saturday (St. Patrick’s Day) with my daughter for pedicures. The service was ok, quick, rushed, weak massage, only took them maybe 30 minutes on me and 20 minutes on my daughter. Usually most nail salons take their time and spend at least 45 min to an hour. I know all the steps to a basic pedicure and she did not follow them. I am a licensed Cosmetologist myself but in the hair industry. No clear base coat was used before the regular polish was applied. What really pissed me off is I left a $12 cash tip for a $55 service. Paid for the service on my debit card, DID NOT leave a tip on my card but I was still charged an extra $10 tip! This is credit card fraud. I have never had this happen before. I would never do this to a customer! I will be calling my bank and the nail salon in the morning but I didn’t keep my copy of my receipt so not sure what will happen. Not worried about the $10 but it’s just the principle of the whole thing. Very irritating and shady!

A couple days ago I went and got a pedicure and manicure here. I got gel nail polish on both my toenails and fingernails, and they look great. However, I have to give them a one star because now only 2 days after I have an infection on both big toes. I don’t believe it has anything to do with sanitation, but after looking closely at my toes I believe it’s because the lady cut down the sides of my toenails and went down too far(like the part that is right next to the skin on the side of the nail, its was cut straight down). Hopefully that makes sense.

I have been there many times and I only prefer for one of the women to do my nails there. The other one doesn’t do much good and every time she uses the nail file, she always gets skin. She was too worried about a phone call when I was there Monday (2/13/2017)
