I had the worst customer service experience today. The nail technician was in a rush while doing my acrylic fill-in and didn’t ask if I wanted my nails trimmed. When I kindly asked he said “You should have told me in the beginning.” I replied, “You did not ask.” He then stated, “Thats not my problem.” (As if I know the process of a fill-in step by step.)

DO NOT COME HERE!This place is AWFUL!!! They are scammers! My service cost $33, and the lady put in $330. I had kindly asked her to correct that number, and she responded so RUDELY. I then said that she was very rude and could have responded in a nicer way and she started yelling at me. It was ridiculous. The old guy with the glasses is also extremely rude. He doesn’t change his gloves and when i asked him to change his gloves after he touched the dirty FLOOR with them, he said “im not even touching your hand with this hand”. Rude people, unsanitary place, dirty environment. Save yourself the stress go somewhere else. (P.s your nails will come out horribly lol)

Critical: ProfessionalismMy sister and law and I and her newborn and 7 year old sat to wait for my sister to finish ringing up her items. We were discussing getting a service done at the nail salon and the man sitting at the front desk asked if we needed anything and we said not at the moment. He then told us “These seats are for customers waiting for service you cannot sit here.” So we both changed our minds about getting any services there and got up and left. piss poor professionalism and clearly a lack of care at all. My sister and law lives here and says she’ll never come back here. The employees aren’t very good at customer service. The person that did my nails kept stoping and helping an employee with something on her phone ( he was not wearing gloves nor did he clean his hands after touching her phone which was probably full of bacteria and germs) on top of that he was very rough on my nails and kept using alcohol products which I told him that burned. He as well tried making me buy into that gel nails last longer than regular nail polish I said OK and got gel which costed me an extra $13 which they didn’t last longer. When I went a few weeks ago I asked for a mani which then the person that do my nails I tell them I want acrylics and they do them. Well this time when the guy gave me to an employee to do my nails she started filing my nails. I then noticed that usually this didn’t happen so I told her I want acrylics she called over the guy that first asked me what I wanted and said she wants acrylics. He then rudely yelled “no you said you wanted a manicure” I replied “I meant acrylics” he then said it was going to be a one hour wait and I left. I find it ridiculous that they have such poor customer service I’m not going to lie the acrylics weren’t to bad. Though I don’t recommend this place.

Don’t waste your time. Tony, or whatever his name is who sits on the right side and pays more attention to his phone than someone trying to ask a question, is extremely rude and blatantly talks about his customers. They have a $22 pedicure that they don’t even list on the menus and automatically start the $35 one. I had to ask for things that are typically done to clean your nails up as we went along and they still don’t feel done correctly. I’m gonna have to clean them up myself. I didn’t know I could t tip on the card and the entire time I was making a purchase in the main store they were all sitting there watching me, I assume waiting to see if I’d return with a tip. When I came back, Tony stared and gave me the dirtiest looks the entire time. Find yourself a better AND CLEANER place.

I told them to leave my nails long and oval and they did the exact opposite. Some of my nails are longer than the others and the gel set did not dry correctly with spots throughout my nails. There was a bunch of leftover gel around my nails that I asked to be removed and it never was. I wasted money and now have to get them redone and hope that they can fix the damage before prom and graduation. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
