Nasked about services other than acrylic because I’m taking a break from this style (wearing too long causes damage to real nails) and was told “we don’t do dip style” I simply asked if something similar was offered but this was the answer. . . . They could’ve jus offer my regular nails with gel polish but I guess that’s not bringing in enough funds to advertise that option

Critical: QualityI’m in so much pain in each individual finger from poorly done acrylics it’s crazy. The person who did my nails filed my real, very healthy nails when i haven’t had any previous acrylics in months. (error 1). Whenever she was applying the acrylic, she placed it on the tip of the nail and dragged it to the nail bed. i’ve literally never seen anyone do that and i should’ve seen that as one of the many red flags. i asked for square, my shape is very uneven and ugly. I’m in so much pain in each individual finger from poorly done acrylics it’s crazy. The person who did my nails filed my real, very healthy nails when i haven’t had any previous acrylics in months. (error 1). Whenever she was applying the acrylic, she placed it on the tip of the nail and dragged it to the nail bed. i’ve literally never seen anyone do that and i should’ve seen that as one of the many red flags. i asked for square, my shape is very uneven and ugly. Only gave a star at all because the lady doing my toes was nice but originally they told me one price. During the pedicure I was clipped twice and was bleeding. When it was time to apply my polish, even though I already let them know my selections prior, they started saying extra $5 then extra $10. So I told her I would just leave and pay for what they already did which was a half of a pedicure…..$35. I left a tip but ill never go again. I’m now heading to my regular salon, unpolished and bleeding.

The worst worst worst nail place I’ve ever been too! They could not remove my gel and field my nails so thin they all broke off. I had nice natural nails. Nice all one length no rips strong healthy. They ruined them! And customer service is rude awful. I can not believe they are still open. Asked for matching nail and toe nail polish and they looked at me like I was crazy and told me to go find it myself. Can you possibly give someone negative 10 stars! They deserve it! Do not waste your time or effort here. They are rude!

Promised I would update my review. I went back because of issues I had with the nails and everyone was very polite and willing to help solve my issues. They did a complete full set for free and my nails look much better, thank you! I’ll be back in 3wks…

I have been looking for a nail tech to do my nails and hot make them look ghetto with the big hump. Mai has perfected the natural look! My nails NEVER LIFT even when I had an extended wear for 3 weeks. I live 30-45 min away and Mai is worth the drive and dime.
