I’ve been using Miss Kim to do my nails for close to a year now. She is so sweet and so attentive. I was working on a church project and tore one of my nails and she fixed it for nothing. I was more than willing to pay for it. On Monday and Tuesday she offers 10% off. Every penny counts! I’ve been very happy with the service and I look forward to getting my nails done a little later on today.

I asked for black gel polish. I thought it looked black but as soon as I went outside it was actually navy. I didn’t have time to fix it but I wore a black dress that night and it did not look quite right. I had asked the technician to paint it all the way back to my cuticle 3 times and she kept leaving it unpainted at the nailbed and the sides of my nail. The actual manicure was sub-par leaving lots of extra skin around my cuticle. The gel polish starting chipping within 3 days. I went back to have it fixed. They used 2 different polishes…one that separated and looked watery so they added another polish. The second polish left paint run type marks. Terrible paint quality. The top coat faded leaving my nails looking matte after 2 days.

They always do an amazing job. A little over a year ago I went to Princess Nails by BI-LO and they did an awful job and really messed up my nails. I went into Regal Nails and they completely fixed the hack job that Princess Nails did to my hands. I will never trust anyone else with my nails except for the lovely people at Regal Nails!!

Change me 35 for a regular pedicure and called the next day and ask how much for a pedicure she said 25 and thenvery next my gel polish starting peeling went back to fix it and she fixed it….. only to start peeling again the next day. Will not return
