Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been going here for the last two maybe three years, and I have yet to ever be disappointed. They’re always very professional, and respectable, they’ve always made sure that I get what I request or give me suggestions if they can’t quite do it. Today I went in and got my nails done by Ann, and I was so excited because of all the good things I’ve heard and the reviews I’ve seen on her. She truly did not disappoint! I wanted these cute autumn/Halloween style nail and they came out amazing!! The shape and length were perfect. I showed her a picture and I didn’t realize it didn’t show the thumb in the picture and she found the perfect color for my thumb to match the rest of the nails! I’m in love with the little ghost guy the most, popping out from the side to spook. Today really made me happy, it’s been a few months since I got my nails done properly and Ann was the perfect person to do them for me. I’ve been going here for the last two maybe three years, and I have yet to ever be disappointed. They’re always very professional, and respectable, they’ve always made sure that I get what I request or give me suggestions if they can’t quite do it. Today I went in and got my nails done by Ann, and I was so excited because of all the good things I’ve heard and the reviews I’ve seen on her. She truly did not disappoint! Positive: QualityThe best techs in the area! I have gone to Regal Nails for my last 3 dip manicures and have received beautiful nails each time! Coco has done them the last 2 times and always puts so much care into making my nails look there best.They also have lasted my 4 full weeks each time! and only needed to be redone because of growing out or wanting a new color No chips even for someone who is rough on their nails!Service: Dip powderThe best techs in the area! Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in, and right off the bat, the front desk man was so rude! The man that did my nails was very nice, but seemed like he was new or something! It took him 10x as long than normal! And I ended not liking my nails at all! I had to go home and use acetone to remove all the paint and glue he got on my skin! These pictures are right when I left the salon!! There was hairs in it, black dots that weren’t supposed to be there and he filed my nails after he painted them so the paint came off the sides!Service: Acrylic nailsWent in, and right off the bat, the front desk man was so rude! Went in, and right off the bat, the front desk man was so rude! The man that did my nails was very nice, but seemed like he was new or something! It took him 10x as long than normal!
