Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to Regal Nail Salon on Sunday August 15th ! they soaked my nails off && gave me a full set . My middle finger started to throb a few hours after getting the set . so 2 days pass and my finger is killing me && there is this white bubble on my finger so i removed the acrylic and I’m in so much pain ! They couldn’t have been properly sanitizing , disinfecting their tools !!!!! This is ridiculous! I also got a pedicure which was horrible too..VERY SLOPPY ! $75 for a nail fungus ! Positive: Professionalism, QualityI’m not usually one to go to Walmart Nail Salons, but this one was recommended to me and I’m glad it was! John gave me a BEAUTIFUL set of ombré acrylics, and I will be back to him again in the future.I also had a pedicure done, and was not as pleased- it was by a different gentleman who seemed rushed because another customer walked in. Every time we go very busy. We really don’t like the way they try to take care of 3 or 4 clients per tech at one time. But….. on the positive they do a great job. Last time there was a little disappointed with the lady that sits up front. I felt she was very short and I felt very rushed and that she didn’t listen or couldn’t understand what i wanted….. but in the end she did great work just not very personable.
