Had an appointment scheduled for a Friday for all three children as we had an event to attend on Sunday evening. The stylist cancelled, and offered to schedule an appointment for Sunday morning in which she would drive up to the business and open it especially for us. Drove to the business on Sunday to find the doors locked and the building closed. The stylist no-called/no-showed and would not answer phone calls or texts. Would not recommend, especially if you want a haircut right before an event. Manager offered free cuts for kids, but on a later date, after the event we were getting them cuts for.

Crystal or Krystal – terrible customer service and so overpriced for a mediocre highlight. Apparently she has kids but doesn’t understand a pandemic in Mattawan elementary schools lol haha she was so rude, lacked any understanding, empathy or true kindness at all.
