I called on a Monday and was able to be seen the same week. I had been given a gift card and was lucky enough to get Caroline who provided the most amazing experience. It was my first real massage and she was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough throughout. We discussed some basic housekeeping things but also covered any/all concerns or questions before we began. She was able to come up with a custom plan that left me feeling both relaxed and accomplished since I had some specific areas needing attention. She was truly wonderful all around, so much so that I can’t wait to go back! She was genuine and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is calming and aesthetically pleasing, too. So happy to know about this place!

My experience at Refreshology was awesome! I had a 90-minute massage with Trina. It was exactly what I needed and more! Trina listened to everything I requested, eliminated anything I didn’t want, and really found the tension spots. I can’t wait to book with her again. I would highly recommend!

I originally started going looking for relief for chronic migraines, tension headaches and neck/shoulder spasms. Krisan has been wonderful, and I can tell that my issues have improved since starting massage therapy. The staff is always very nice, and the office is very clean and relaxing. Even the owner reached out to me when there was a scheduling mishap in their system and offered to compensate for it. Love that they have 5:30 appointments so I don’t have to miss work.
