Massage experience was good. Pressure was medium/light. There was only one massage therapist on site which was a disappointment. Make sure to ask pressure strength when you make your appointment if that matters to you.

My husband and I visited this spa three times during our recent trip to Breck. We stayed at the Grand Timber Lodge, so the location was perfect. I had bad altitude sickness my first few days there, debilitating headaches every morning. Our first spa visit was for a couple’s altitude sickness massage with oxygen therapy. I didn’t get another headache the rest of the trip, and our therapists were amazing. The next day we both got facials. I was very impressed that they had an all natural line of products to choose from, and my skin was refreshed and glowing afterward. Our final night, we went back for a couple’s hot stone massage, and it was the perfect cap to our trip. The whole staff was fantastic, and we never felt pressured to purchase products after our treatments (which is something we’ve experienced at other spas). Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and people. Took a client in for a massage and pedicure and the staff instantly made us feel special. The technique my therapist, stu, used during my massage was absolutely amazing. They take their time and really show you they care about your specific needs rather than just making you another number. Will definitely return next time I’m in town!

Refresh Spa was the perfect place for my friend’s bachelorette party. The Manager Liz was so very helpful when it came to planning and scheduling all the girls (8 girls) appointments so we could all enjoy the spa together. She made it stress-free for me when coordinating! I really appreciated when we showed up the day before to make sure we knew where it was located, Liz was available and gave us a quick tour. The day of, we were given excellent treatments and complimentary mimosas to celebrate the bride to be. Each girl loved there treatment and felt super relaxed afterwards. This place was wonderful! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a spa party (bachelorette, bridal shower, girls weekend, or whatever) and I know I’ll be back!

Had an 80 minute deep tissue massage from the amazing Alicia and it was excellent and over too soon. The locker rooms were clean and tidy. Avery at the front desk was very lovely and welcoming. Overall a great experience and I cannot wait to go back.

The staff at Refresh Spa are very helpful. It is very relaxing and nice spa with amenities. I had two 80 minute deep tissue massages with Stuart or Stu the week I was staying there are they were fantastic. Highly recommended.
