Very unsatisfied with how my hair came out, I did my hair blonde in the front and the bottom and there were SO many missing spots that showing my natural color and the black part of my hair still showed through my natural hair color as well not even completely black. They were also doing multiple girls hair at once and they completely rushed my hair because of that as I can tell, I’ve never been to a salon where they do that. I didn’t even want to go to try and “fix” my hair I just wanted a refund, when I messaged them for a refund they didn’t want to because “they were happy with the outcome” and said how my hair took so long but it was because they did other girls hair at the same time as mine and continued with me last. My hair was noticeably dyed before, if you can’t do what the client wants please let them know instead of ruining their hair.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I just got my hair done here today, they were super kind and easy to talk to! I had my hair bleached, dyed, cut, and then styled, it cost me wayyyy less than anywhere else I’ve gotten a quote from, and I had fun! This is going to be my go to place from now on for sure. I can’t thank you guys enough!!!! Bangs and two colors were a big change for me but I’m absolutely in love with my hair!!!!!!!

Omg! Yall, I have always done my own hair and have been cutting it for two years between myself and my husband. I had made an appt with another mainstream salon that was gonna charge me upwards of $250 for cut and color and the stylist wasn’t too confident on the design part of what I wanted. I did plan on the charges being up there, so that wasn’t a super big concern. But then a customer at the store I work at recommended Refresh to me, so I got my boys’ hair cut over the weekend and made an appt for cut and color with them instead. I had to reschedule with them and they were super flexible, and well, I couldn’t wai to get this done, so I walked in one day after getting off early and they had a cancelation! They fit me in and got me out before I had to pick kids up from school. I nearly cried when I saw the finished product! Brandon did my cut and was amazing with the tidying up I pointed out. Mary was awesome in her recommendations for color since I wasn’t sure what I wanted, she even touched up the roots to blend it all in better. I am so in LOVE with this! See pics. Not going anywhere else! These two are so personable, a family business, and they know what they are doing! My price ended up being somewhere around 40-60% less of what I would have paid at the mainstream salon. Included are before and after photos.

OMG!! This cute little family owned salon is now my go to. Not only were they the best service I’ve had in years but she squeezed me in as they were about to close. I got my hair double Dutch braided with no appointment, good conversation, and a very good price. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends and cannot wait to go back for my next hair do.
