Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first time visiting on 9.16.21 and i had a great experience. They are open late on certain days which is so helpful, especially for those who work till 7pm. I was able to be taken early which was great and also make a same day apt within a few hours. The salon is clean and beautiful. They have an entire downstairs with waxing, treatment, and pedicure stations. Angela was my technician and she was very helpful and did a great job. I only had time for a gel manicure, but she did not rush and she was pleasant to talk with. This was my first time visiting on 9.16.21 and i had a great experience. They are open late on certain days which is so helpful, especially for those who work till 7pm. I was able to be taken early which was great and also make a same day apt within a few hours. The salon is clean and beautiful. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI walked in here first thing Saturday morning and Angela was able to take me right away. I got an amazing powder gel manicure. She listened to what I wanted and the result was even better than I expected. The salon was very clean as well. They took my temperature coming in and they had all the barriers up between technician and client which made me feel safe. The price was reasonable as well. I walked in here first thing Saturday morning and Angela was able to take me right away. I got an amazing powder gel manicure. She listened to what I wanted and the result was even better than I expected. The salon was very clean as well. Critical: ProfessionalismSo after calling and requesting an appointment, the woman told me to come in right away. Immediately as I walk in, she tells me she can’t do my nails because I have acrylic (which I did not). Very poor customer service
