Super sweet owner. She’s been in this area for 20years. I’ve worked with her for previous events and have brought a few big groups here. This location is right outside level 2 of the parking garage and it’s in the back alleyway/walkway of Starbucks on park place, next to massage envy.

The first time, I waited 45min. The second time, I asked how long it would be, they didn’t even respond to me so I asked again after waiting in silence an appropriate amount of time, and they told me 15min. Those 15min passed and they said it would be another 15min. Terribly terrible terrible customer service. On two separate occasions, I made appointments here and both times they were running extremely late. The first time, I waited 45min. The second time, I asked how long it would be, they didn’t even respond to me so I asked again after waiting in silence an appropriate amount of time, and they told me 15min. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went here for the first time about a couple weeks ago for a pedicure and gel manicure and had an amazing experience. The main thing I look for with these nails services is the customer experience and the longevity of the pedicure/manicure since. With that said, I was really impressed and can say that my gel manicure lasted PERFECTLY for 3 weeks. Mind you, I am someone that works a lot with their hands and am rough with my day to day activities lol. I went here for the first time about a couple weeks ago for a pedicure and gel manicure and had an amazing experience. The main thing I look for with these nails services is the customer experience and the longevity of the pedicure/manicure since.
