Refresh MediSpa was a truly wonderful experience! Dr. Tara is so warm & inviting and very thorough throughout the entire process. She made me feel extremely confident during & after the consultation and the procedures went very smoothly. Kate is also amazing! She was always so prompt with responses (either via text, email or phone call) and she was happy to work with me for a payment plan leading up to my first procedure. I had previously had a consultation at another med spa about Kybella and they did not make me feel comfortable or secure that the procedure would go smoothly or that I would like the healing time or results. After that I waited about a year until Refresh opened and I decided to go in for a consult. I couldn’t believe the difference and I felt so sure that this was the procedure for me. My results have been great & the care before, during & after have all been so wonderful by both Kate & Dr. Tara. I truly felt that they both wanted the best for me & wanted to check-in on me after my first treatment. I was pleasantly surprised by the length of healing time (shorter than I had been warned by the previous med spa) and after 2 treatments I am very pleased with my results…especially because they are permanent! I would highly recommend any treatment offered by Dr. Tara. I would also feel confident sending any friend or family member even if just for a consultation because Dr. Tara gives very honest advice and does not want to do a procedure that won’t give the client the real results they are wanting. I never felt they wanted me to do any procedure just to do them…it was truly about offering medical advice for getting the desired results. While I am 100% happy with my Kybella results, should I decide on any future procedures Refresh Medispa will be my first stop! Thank you Dr. Tara & Kate for everything!
