Suzi and the staff at Refresh are so welcoming and professional. Communication with the staff is so easy and they use an easy online portal to complete consent forms ahead of time (you can also do it when you arrive if you prefer). Before my service I was welcomed into their insta-worthy waiting area and offered a beverage during my short wait. Suzi asked me about my expectations and prior experience with treatment and gave me realistic expectations and thoroughly reviewed potential side effects/risks and she really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the procedure. During my procedure Suzi took care to keep me as comfortable as possible and I was really pleased with the results!! She also took care to explain follow-up care and made sure that I knew she is available for questions. I would definitely recommend Refresh for anyone considering lip filler in the Lincoln area!

If I could give Refresh Med Spa more than 5 stars, I would definitely do it! I have never met a more friendly and caring staff. I was in a bit of a time crunch to find daycare for my 8 month old, so I reached out to see if it was ok if he came with. Not only did they say yes, they were so helpful with hanging out with him while I received lip filler.
