I have been to Refresh Day Spa serval times for different services. The massage was top notch and the therapist made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. I had several types of facials from the owner and I just had my second Green Sea Peel which has shown the best results for my sun damaged skin. The owner is highly knowledgeable and suggest the best types of services for my skin condition. Their products are the best, but yet very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a massage or any type of skin improvement!

I am so happy that Mililani has an amazing spa now! I got the green sea peel and super happy with my results. I was skeptical at first because the last and only chemical peel I got ( from another spa) didn’t have great end results. I am six days in and the results are amazing! It softened my skin and even cleared up deep wrinkles that I developed from being a side sleeper. Julie did my peel and was very informative and thoroughly explained the process as well as post care.

Wow — I’ve never had such an amazing facial experience in my life. The space itself is pretty and calming and absolutely immaculate, but it was Suzy’s techniques and the care with which she provides each service that made the session so special. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and very caring — I really had no idea a facial could be such a rejuvenating experience. And the results! Incredible. I went in very stressed from work and left feeling as if I were floating.

Lovely spa-very clean and bright. The staff was welcoming, talented and professional. Suzy gave me an amazing facial. It has been a few days and my skin is still glowing! I got a massage from Jamie and I didn’t realize how much stress was in my body. She worked all my stress points out and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. Also, I purchased some of their top of the line skincare products which are outstanding. It was a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to do it again! Highly recommend!

My mom hooked me up with Jamie and would not be without the healing experience. I have since made her massage therapy as part of my health fitness routine. She has relieved me of so much discomfort and pain that I have ignored for years. I recommend her services and Refresh Day Spa as a whole. Refresh Day Spa is a FIVE STAR spa!! Suzy is truely professional, amazing, and uses only high quality products on your skin!! She goes above and beyond ensuring that her customer’s are comfortable. As for the facials my skin looks and feel hydrated. Even my bad areas look amazing!!!! Also, I highly recommend buying the products they work!!! I will never use anythng else!!!! In addition, the environment is COMFORTABLE, CLEAN and SMELLS GOOD!!! To me that is EXTREMELY important!!! So if you want to be PAMPERED go to Refresh Day Spa!!!

I had the best facial here! I had been feeling run down after all the pandemic stress and in need of help. The facial was just what I needed – so gentle and completely rejuvenating. My face was absolutely glowing after the Oxygen facial. So grateful that Suzy was able to lessen some of my stubborn fine lines. Iʻd been to Suzyʻs location in town years ago, but the new day spa is so much better and just a delightful experience. Great location, parking, and the ambiance is wonderful. So relaxing, fresh, clean, and ultra modern. Loved all the latest tech and new Korean skin care lines. This was just before the grand opening. I found out that four of them from Aulani opened their own shop. Going to try the massage next time! I love supporting local, and Suzyʻs the best! Iʻm so glad I decided to pamper myself, it was totally worth it!

My son had a blemish buster facial and I can not enough on how much he loved it. Like most teenagers, acne can be a real problem. It is so important to teach our children to take care of their skin and I suggest bring them here. Very warm and caring staff, who know what they are doing and truly care about you. This was my son’s first experience at a spa and he was a bit nervous but he couldn’t stop admiring the out come and will definitely be back. Thank you Refresh Spa for taking care of my son!

I received a gift certificate to Refresh Day Spa from my daughter for Mother’s Day. Best gift ever! I was so impressed ! They make you feel so special from the minute you arrive until you walk out the door. I was greeted with a pair of slippers, refreshments and big smiles!
