Today was my first refloxology appointment ever. I had no idea what to expect, but I was excited! I’m a nursing student and very intrigued by holistic care and so I was thrilled when Adelise explained everything! The whole experience was so relaxing, educational and fun (she’s an amazing person, and is a pleasure to speak to – very knowledgeable)! I look forward to another appointment and will be recommending her to those in the area. Not to mention, I feel amazing. I had tension/issues with my lower back and neck and contemplated seeing a chiropractor. I have absolutely no pain or discomfort anywhere and my whole body just feels great 🙂 I wish I could give 10 stars!
