I am not sure if they even know what is foot reflexology, I have done it before and I went this place 3 times just to make sure my judgement is accurate and just. Today the guy literally got grouchy over why I didn’t tip him for worst reflexology ever. He was like sleeping and bored through massage and I could barely feel any pressure on pressure points. I would not recommend this business, not fair to customers, and also rude. They also do not understand English which is best way to avoid customers demands.

Was just literally yelled at while making an appointment-never giving them my business ever. I was being completely polite and whether it was bad connection or a language barrier (I’m Asian and I can understand broken English pretty well) but he kept asking when I wanted to come in and I asked if I can come now or if later would be better. He got upset and then yelled “WHEN DO YOU WANT TO COME!?!?” So unprofessional. I was willing to give them a chance despite the horrible reviews I see , but I guess they don’t want to make money.

Avoid the male masseuses. Have had multiple use their elbow to dig into my spine which anyone with any massage or reflexology experience should know is not only incredibly painful and unhelpful, but dangerous. Also as someone who speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese I know when you are swearing and having inappropriate conversations, even though I’m white.

Went in because my mom and I had a tension migraine. I did the full hour and my mom only did 30 minutes. We couldn’t relax cause this guy kept coming over telling about the benefits of dong your feet too and he kept walking by touching our feet randomly so it was hard to get relaxed. My massage helped a little with the migraine, but the next day my neck and base of my head were bruised and my neck was hard to move around (you know that feeling you get when you sleep wrong) except I didn’t sleep wrong. Not sure we will be back.

I go when my feet spazz me out. They are really good and helpful here However WTH are you wiping my skin off with paper??? Paper liners!!! Paper liners everywhere and now they want to rub it on me to dry me off. NO! Awful feeling. Use hand towel you lazy turkeys. I pay for that. What’s wrong with you people. Its supposed to feel like a spa. No comfort. No class either.
