First timer, very disappointed with the customer service. The man took a short break from watching YouTube videos on his phone to tell me that the lady would be available in 25 minutes. I asked if I should write my name down or anything, to which he did not respond to because he was back to watching his phone. It felt as thou I was inconveniencing him by trying to get a massage. Either way I came back 20 minutes later and they had let someone else ahead of me because I was not there waiting. If that’s the rule I get it, but the man could have explained this to me instead of brushing me off with 2 words. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There is never ever a long wait. Only suggestion I have is to bring your own towel or blanket to lay on. They are very very clean. This place is amazing and so reasonable!! DO NOT let being in a mall stop you from going! In a mere 20 minutes she took away the knots and muscle tension in my shoulders and neck! 20 minutes for $20!! I have had massages in Orchard Park, Williamsville, Pittsford and this is by far the best place I have ever been!!
