For the first time in my life for my birthday my roots look this awful. And these ladies were advising me to tone my hair, welp I do always tone it; you, ladies, wonder why? So unprofessional. They advertise a Groupon, but once you purchase it and make an appointment they treat you like a low life and that you are less than and who cares. Why offer a Groupon if this is how you treat a potential client. My appointment was rescheduled 2 times bc someone was “sick” yet couldn’t offer to out me in with someone else. Then they pawn me off to a new person. No thank you, I don’t need my hair messed up as curls takes someone who knows how to actually cut hair. I will return this Groupon and don’t mind shelling out money in another place to actually get treated with respect and integrity. I’m use to a $250 hair appointment. Your loss.

I showed the hairdresser a picture of the haircut I wanted. My hair was long so she should have been able to do it. Instead, I walked out with a completely different haircut. I was not satisfied and will never be going back. Now I have to wait until my hair grows again to then go to another hairdresser to get the style I really wanted.

I really love Reflexions! The owner Barbara is the real thing and always makes sure that you’re satisfied with your hair. The last time I went however I left in tears I got a hairdresser who had never highlighted hair and didn’t know what she was doing I spent $140 and you couldn’t even tell that I got my hair done. I called right away and the owner said she would have the girl do it over so hopefully it comes out the way I wanted this time!

I like this salon, they work well together. On this visit , Emily did the root touch up and I thought she worked very fast but thorough. She explained it was important to her to make sure that all the hair was completely colored. I love the color Rachel helped me pick out last visit and Emily agreed with me that it still looked very “rich.” Rachel really understands and remembers details with regard to the hairstyle I’m trying to achieve as it grows out. She also takes into consideration how my hair naturally waves when she cuts it. I have been very pleased so far and look forward to seeing them again.

Melissa was great, very friendly, really listened to what I wanted even though I am not sure I knew what I wanted lol. Wash cut and blow dry/stylee and eyebrow wax. The salon was very clean, lots of space between the few people that were there. As someone who takes covid very seriously I felt they were doing all they could for a safe expirience! Nice big salon with lots of chairs. During Covid times it was easy to be spaced and keep everything clean. Products used on hair were okay. Nothing unique or special. Happy with the hair cut and would go back again but not get my hair styled afterwards since I don’t like all that heat on my fragile hair.
