They dyed my hair Not once but twice After the 1st time my hair was still the same color so then a 2nd time which they were very rough on my hair and they put a different color in my hair that I did not ask for And I only noticed this when I decided to wash my hair when it was time and all the red came out and I asked for black im confused why they took it Upon there self to put another color in my hair i did not ask for and the dye did not even last a month VERY DISAPPOINTED ‼️‼️

Jhadai was super nice. I went in for root touch up but she ended up pulling the color through. The color is a little darker than I’m used to too, but the color is rich that I quickly got over it! Then she styled my hair with cute sassy waves! Love it!!

First imw here and took over 2 hours just waiting and when i finally get it cut it was not good and the line is in the wrong spot. 3 workers and they were all slow and gossiping. Do not recommend. Complained and had to pay full rpice which was not even worth it.

Had appointment for 10 am Saturday. new in area so arrived 20 mins early and sat in my car watching for them to open. It was 15-20 mins after 10 nobody came. Called at 2:00, person said if I didn’t speak Spanish owner couldn’t understand me. Then hung up on me! I’m 84 yrs old and handicapped. Terrible way to treat a customer!

This is a horrible place, the girls day talk very badly about their customers infront of other customers, I got my hair colored there and it was uneven because the girl was constantly talking on the phone or going to talk to people and when I told her about this she fixed the front and told me to come back if it looked uneven and she wouldn’t charge. I paid and gave her a big tip. Then at home everyone tells me how my hair looks very uneven I go to the salon to get it fixed she was completely rude pulling my hair and burning me with the air dryer and at the end she made me paid extra for that. And was screaming at me infront of all her other customers. I ended paying her but I’m never going there again she truthfully doesn’t care for her customers.

I walked in there sat down. Nobody Said a word to me. A salon lady got done cutting a man hair and she still said nothing to me. Didn’t even look my way totally ignored me. She went in back room. The lady’s are very rude. I will never go back and would not recommend that place!!!!’
