I had an appointment for a trim and a bridal mock-up. The gal that cut my hair was completely disinterested in my questions and what I was wanting, I was basically begging to spend money there. She finished my trim and then said I would have to make another appointment for the mock-up as she didn’t have time, even though I had scheduled it weeks before. I had made an appointment for myself and entire bridal party over e-mail and when I called to confirm they hadn’t set it as an appointment, but had gotten the e-mail. I’m glad I confirmed otherwise would not have had an appointment on my wedding day. Went back, for some reason, and got my eyebrows waxed and they were two completely different shapes. Below mediocre customer service for a higher price than other comparable places in the community. Regis is the mall is far superior than Reflectionz.

Might be good with women’s haircuts; however, today I was walk-in male customer asking for a medium fade… I was sorely disappointed. The stylist couldn’t blend lines(that they made(uneven ones at that), tried to blend it but just made the fade higher, lots of stray long hairs, and got the feeling that since I wasn’t a regular I was being rushed. And instead of finding a stylist who knew what they were doing(maybe they don’t have one…?) I was giving the bill. $21 for a 10 minute bad haircut?!?! Now I’m not one that would normally complain, as I’ve had bad haircuts in the past. But seeing as I get the same cut every week and this particular one was so astronomically below par I felt the need to share the experience. All things considered, go somewhere else if you’ve never been here before. I will not be returning.
