I purchased a membership from Groupon so I could tan before my sons wedding. I called to schedule an appointment during business hours as it states on the coupon. No answer. The following day I drove to the business to start my membership. A sign on the door says the tanning beds are not in service. Why are they selling memberships if they cannot honor them. I believe this is fraud.

I had a VIP membership and the place was never open during their posted hours of operation, then before they closed I asked for my money back due to this inconvenience because I had over 4 months left on my account and they never returned my calls, when I asked the one girl who worked there she said the owner would get in touch with me. Then all of a sudden they’re out of business(Or whatever the case is). This business is a complete joke, waste of time & money. As far as I’m concerned I’m owed either my months left of tanning or my money back if they should open again. If you cant honor your advertised availability and services then you shouldn’t be operating period!

Friendly staff, affordable prices and decent beds. The only negative I can say is that they aren’t open right at 9 a.m. have to wait for someone to show up. So far it’s been within 10 minutes of their open time.
