The stylist I had was younger and professional. I felt they took hygiene and safety very seriously and the customer service was great. The only thing I didn’t like what that you do not have an option to tip your stylist with card and they only accept cash tips. I feel this is a missed opportunity for the people who are working hard for the clients in a world where plastic trumps paper.
