Started out good, person who did my hair was nice and friendly but she couldn’t finish it on the first day so we scheduled a second day. She was suppose to fix the haircut and color and she did fine with the hair cut but toning and missing chunks of color from the highlights were not corrected. I felt rushed both times. When I got home after the second day I noticed random very light brassy blonde highlights on the back of my head that wasn’t proportionate with rest of the hair and bunch of brassy hair in the front and some strands of hair that had half highlights and the other half was dark. I called them to let them know but they couldn’t fit me in on the days I was available so I decided to buy box dye and fix it myself as I will be going on a trip and didn’t want my hair to look like that on the trip and I did better job toning those brassy colors out of my hair but I ended up darkening my front money pieces too since I’m not a professional. They called me after I already used box dye then they were like well we are not going to do a color correction now and she pretty much cut me off before I could say anything. I paid more than I usually pay at other salons and was expecting better results and thought I found a good place for hair since my previous hair stylist doesn’t do hair anymore but I’m very disappointed.

I just moved here from Connecticut a few months ago and was looking for a hairstylist. After looking through your website and the profiles of the stylists I chose Lori. The salon has a nice atmosphere. Reminded me of an upscale salon from New York City. My hair was long one length and had no style to it. I allowed Lori to play with my hair and do her own thing I figured if I didn’t like it I would just cut it very short into a pixie style but she did a wonderful job she cut some inches off added some layers and I am extremely satisfied and happy with the job that she did. I will definitely come back.
