Jessica is nothing short of amazing!!!! You can tell when someone really loves what they do! It shows!!! Everytime I leave the salon I am so pleased with my hair 🙂 She always has a huge smile on her face and a sweet and kind demeanor! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an 30minute haircut appointment. It got approved. I showed up for the appt but the stylist was not finished with the previous person’s hair (it was still wet and he was getting out a blow dryer). I was not greeted or told what to do. I felt as though I was intruding. I sat for 15 minutes and finally left. I didn’t get a phone call asking what happened.Update: I showed up for the appointment on a Friday but it was scheduled for Monday. It doesn’t excuse not being greeted. I showed up for the appt but the stylist was not finished with the previous person’s hair (it was still wet and he was getting out a blow dryer). I was not greeted or told what to do. Nate and his team did a fantastic job with my bridal and birds party’s hair! They were so calm and made us feel so comfortable at their salon! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and highly recommend them!

Very poor customer service. I tried to book my bridal party hair/makeup with them and they took over 3 weeks to get back to me. Within those 3 weeks, I called 4 different times. Today, they finally called me back only to say they are in the process of signing a contract with another party. I understand your wedding consultant is only in once a week, but 3 weeks is extremely unacceptable.
