Very bad experience. I went in asking for an all over copper/ginger color, and was told by the stylist Sami (who was just the first person to answer the phone and later discovered via the website that she was the receptionist) she could do it, and scheduled me for a month out. A week before the salon repeatedly called me while i was at school, but did not respond to my calls back within business hours. Finally, I got ahold of them and they were asking for references for my hair. I sent them a reference picture very clearly showing a red head and sent a picture of my hair color, and showed up at my appointment.

I get my nails done here, Jonette does a fantastic job, and they have other nail techs, too. Some of the hair stylists have their own salons on one side of the building, and a regular salon on the other side. Friendly staff!
