Many of our clients work outside the home, so our hours are flexible to accommodate your schedule. When I came in for my hair appointment, nobody knew who I was. The person on the phone never took my name or my phone number so I had to wait on someone to figure out who I had an appointment with. When I sat down for my appointment, I told the lady exactly what I wanted. She had something else in mind, but I told her no, to just keep it the way it is but give my hair a simple trim. Instead, she only heard what she wanted to hear and changed my hairstyle completely, after I specifically told her not to. I ended up paying for a $60 haircut that I didn’t even want. I will not go back to this salon.
