I did not receive services here but called to schedule an appointment for laser hair removal. I spoke with Vivian who was very rude and curt with me when I asked new patient questions. She could not tell me the cost of services or even what to expect. She told me she would tell me how much it is when I got there for my appointment and that Rachel sets her own prices. What? I decided based on this bad first impression not to spend my money here.

I have been coming to see Laura for many years. Her results are always the best. I have tried numerous practitioners in town. No one compares to her technique. And I feel their prices are very fair. She is always booked but sooo worth the wait.

Bought the Groupon for five underarm sessions. Call to set up my sessions and no one answers so I leave a detailed message. Wait two days and no one responds so I call again. They informed me they have no appointments until March. Considering I know under arms takes 60 seconds to do and they have a Groupon up that is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Rachel should have it in her Groupon that she cannot take clients until March before they buy it. Canceled my Groupon and will not be going back.
