The doctor and staff were extremely nice! The setup of the waiting room was was elegant and relaxing, and it smelled like lavender as soon as you walked in! The atmosphere made it so calming and definitely gave me a great experience also, the laser doesn’t hurt at all!

When I signed for the contract their sales person said I should receive a reminder call for my appointment I didn’t receive any calls and they charged me $25 for missing my appointment when I asked if she remove the fee as courtesy specifically I didn’t receive reminders call the manager kept arguing with me about it and refused to waive it I paid a lot of money for the service $25 it shouldn’t be big deal for them specifically they promised a reminder call

Overall, I’ve been very happy with choosing to get laser hair removal and Cleveland Laser Spa is a nice, welcoming environment with pleasant and professional staff. I’ve worked with Courtney recently and she has been great – she is kind and definitely puts you at ease during the sessions. I have “stubborn” hair and had tried everything from waxing to an at home laser removal kit in the past (which had little results). I’ve had several treatments at Cleveland Laser Spa, and while some areas treated seem to be responding better than others, the results are definitely noticeable and it is great not to have to worry about shaving all the time. I would definitely recommend them.

I love everything about Cleveland Laser Spa! The staff is exceptional, very attentive, knowledgable, and trustworthy. The environment is clean and comfortable. They have been able to work around my work and school schedules, and the appointments are prompt and quick. AND the laser hair removal really works! I have had only 4 treatments and nearly 50% of the underarm hair has not grown back. The procedure itself is tolerable, no extreme pain or discomfort, which had initially shocked me, because I do not consider myself having a high tolerance for pain. I am extremely satisfied with the results and with the spa; I would recommend Cleveland Laser Spa to anyone!

I recently had my first visit at Cleveland Laser Spa, and was skeptical, but now I am a true believer. I had my first treatment on my under arms and after 2 weeks, I was almost hairless!! I am thrilled. I am an Italian girl who shaved everyday and I haven’t had to shave in over a week!!! I was told typical treatments take about 4 visits for permanent results, but I am really blown away at how smooth I feel so far and I can’t wait to go back. The staff is very nice and the nurse Amber, was very gentle and reassuring and the best part is that the treatment lasted less than 5 minutes. If you are tired of shaving and want smooth skin, I highly recommend this service.

My experience with the Cleveland Laser Spa has been great! Being a college student, my schedule is crazy, and I am always changing my appointments. Everyone who works at the Cleveland Laser Spa is so nice and helpful and I have never had a problem changing an appointment. I am so happy with the results I am seeing with my treatments! Even though I am only halfway through my treatments, I barely have to shave anymore. With being so busy, it’s so nice to not worry about shaving! Every technician that has gave me my treatments have been so nice and friendly. They make me feel so comfortable every time I go. The Cleveland Laser Spa is always offering great deals to their clients for laser hair removal. I am so happy I made the decision on year ago to start this process of getting my hair removed, and I can’t wait for the final results!!

Cleveland Laser Spa is a great place to go! I started in February with my treatments and I have been very pleased. If an issue occurs, it is dealt with immediately and I have always been satisfied with the results! The laser treatment is slightly painful but definitely worth not shaving for the rest of my life! I have a favorite technician named Courtney and I would HIGHLY recommend her! She’s very good at what she does and makes you feel very comfortable. She maintains her professional side while making you feel like you’ve known her for years. I wish they could open a place closer to where I live but it is well worth the hour+ drive! My sister-in-law and I both go and now, so does my brother! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

My experience at Cleveland Laser Spa has been amazing. I have to admit, I was very nervous to begin treatments after purchasing their Groupon a couple months back. I scheduled a consultation and was put at ease by the awesome staff at the spa, they are warm, welcoming, and fun and make what could be an awkward situation actually a good time. I am receiving my treatments from Courtney, she is incredibly professional, very considerate, and truly fun at our appointments. She provides great information about the process and has helped me through what sometimes is some slight discomfort during treatments with her great sense of humor and positive vibe. I have been surprised at how quickly and well the laser treatments are working and am very excited to be done worrying about heading to the beach or going to a buddy’s pool party. If you are on the fence about laser spa, I can tell you that it is totally worth it!
