Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf I could I’d rate a zero. Worst experience ever. Had an appointment at 9 with Matty which I showed up but she told me to come back at 12 cause she over booked so I did. She was alone and said she only does one or two people at a time but when she was doing mine she was doing three others as well. Matty ended up doing a horrible job on my hair and got mad at me when I told her i wasn’t happy with it, and then threatened me. Told me the only way I was leaving the shop was if she cut all my hair off. I was wanting her to just fix her mistake but she refused. She just wanted to get paid and for me to leave without her fixing it. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have witness to confirm what I’m saying is all true on top of the pictures. Wonderful place to get your hair nails or eyebrows done.. I had my hair done by Matty I love it. She took her time and really perfected my color. She listened to my needs and they were perfectly executed. I appreciate how much attention she puts to what her clients want (not a lot of stylists do that) I definitely recommend going to her. The staff at reflections salon is very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Very dissatisfied. Paid 65 plus 10 tip to have my daughters hair colored only to have it wash out let than 24hrs later. Tried to work it out but was being told it would be more money to fix. Ended up getting it done somewhere else who only charged me 20 because of circumstances of what my young daughter went through basically throwing her hard earned money she saved for 6 months away.

Love this place! Always a good cut and color. Their prices are affordable and the staff is always nice and cheerful. I’ve tried a few other places in this one horse town and never left satisfied, sometimes even in tears with a really bad cut. I found Esther, and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

I had an appt at 9 and when I show up I’m told by one of the hairstylists that Matty will be there in a few minutes. A few minutes later the other hairstylist asks if I had an appt and if Matty called me, which she did not. She told me Matty wasn’t going to be in until 1030 and that she said she was going to call me. Very unprofessional!
