I visited the salon for the first time today. I asked the young lady for a rinse and she started putting a rinse on my hair and detangling my hair. An hour went by and the young lady had not washed my hair. I asked her how long was a rest supposed to stay in my hair? Because I know from getting rents and die jobs forever now that it does not stay on your hair an hour. The young lady stated that it’s OK my hair will not fall out. Another 10 minutes went by and I asked the young lady again when will you rinse out my hair. She stopped and went to get I guess a supervisor or manager And I immediately asked her as a professional how long does a rinse supposed to stay on a hair. She got upset at the manner in which I asked the question. So she asked if the stylist Crystal did tell her what was going on. And she immediately told Crystal to wash my hair and let me go. I tried to plead with the manager to say to her I just need an answer because I get these things done all the time and never have I ever had to stay on my hair an hour. After the young lady washed my hair she put a cap on it and said I could go so I went again to plead with the manager supervisor lady stating that it’s just a question and she didn’t have to get upset over my question. She repeated and said that it was the manner in which I asked the question. As a customer I felt she should’ve had a little bit more respect for me. She understands that people get upset all the time she deals with attitude every day however she didn’t have any compassion for the one who was getting her hair done and had dye in her hair for an hour. Crystal was very nice and courteous the whole time. And the only reason I’m giving them to is because of the manager lady. How can you run a business and not be willing to speak with your customers in a manner that you know sometimes customers get upset. It’s my hair I have the right to ask questions and to get an understanding regarding The service you provide on my hair.

The staff is very people friendly, the prices are great in comparison to the same services @ established businesses…students are young, but skilled & talented…I’ve been a customer twice,.. with 2 appts., coming up. The only disadvantage is having a student that you like, and satisfy your needs to, “Graduate”…but that was the plan from the start, right? Went for eyelash extensions, knowing this is a learning facility i wasn’t expecting it to be completely perfect. Although all staff and students are very friendly the service i had done was terrible. i had purchased my own extensions because the first time i went they said they were out, although they did use their own glue which was very poor quality. My extensions were not even close to my lash line which way my first complaint, second some were pointed up some down some to the side, there were gaps where they didn’t fill the lash line all the way from side to side. But all the little details that weren’t perfect put aside, as SOON as i stepped outside and the wind blew in my face almost all of the inner and outer pieces came off, i wanted to turn around and get my money back immediately. Honestly just hoping the institution reads this review and takes it as constructive criticism. i feel like they took my money just to “practice” on me, like i wasn’t a customer more like someone they were using as a model. 0/5 stars for lash service, 4/5 for customer service which is why i couldn’t find it in myself to complain, 2/5 for comfort in the salon.
