Critical: Qualitylovely people and a good cut but awful coloring service and no customer service to correct. I had mid-back length hair and requested a cut to the shoulders and ash-blonde. Ann Marie colored all of it first “have to use 2 bottles” and then did the cut! The ash-blonde was a brassy awful color and my scalp is all blistered(she got a phone call from her daughter just when the color went on) I went back and asked for a correction “sorry -you should have had foils” — very nice people and atmosphere but no customer service/no sense of how to color hair.
