I went in with an open mind as I know it’s not their main specialty but most hair salons do a good job on waxing eyebrows. I honestly felt like they had no idea what they were doing because 1. They used candle wax, YES CANDLE WAX TO WAX MY EYEBROWS. I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and never had someone use candle wax. 2. The man used his fingers to put the wax on my face which in my opinion is unsanitary. 3. They put an old smelly towel on my chest which again was disgusting. 4. My eyebrows look practically the same as they were before coming in, I came home and had to pluck more strays myself. I cannot rate the salon on their hair care, but I would rather never get my eyebrows waxed ever again than going to this dump.
