Positive: Professionalism, QualityAbout a month ago, I visited the Maple Grove Reflect to start the balayage process on my hair as I had a goal I wanted to work towards that I knew would take a few sessions. The day after the very rushed appt that used a process to Balayage I had not seen before I noticed the color was drab and the way it sat on my hair was in very noticeable chunks with missed spots and striped areas all throughout. I called to see if this was typical for a first time balayage appt that was working toward an end goal and I was told it was not. The receptionist was super kind in helping me try to schedule to come in and get it fixed on the week before Thanksgiving. the stylist I used offered to come in on her day off to fix it saying it would be a ‘simple fix’ but, I instead decided to go with the only other open appt with a new stylist at Plymouth, Caitlin. My meeting with Caitlin was amazing, I felt like she truly listened to my concerns and she brought an experienced stylist into the conversation. I learned the process that the other stylist took is a type of way to do balayage called ‘open air’ but, typically takes much longer then the 120 mins we were scheduled. Caitlin worked very hard with care and her time (3 hours!) to fix my concerns and was so easy to talk to. I really appreciate her work and was very happy with how my finished product turned out.
