Every time I leave the salon, I feel refreshed and happy with my look. My favorite thing is making a game plan together, before Emily even breaks out the scissors AND she sticks to it! You never have to worry about leaving with a look you did not intend on receiving. Not to mention she is the sweetest and knows ALL the ins on hair. She will give you hair tips and tricks on what to do at home to keep your look even when you leave. I have been going to this salon for 11 years. They are unmatched when it comes to hair. Emily is my girl! Every time I leave the salon, I feel refreshed and happy with my look. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI regret that I have to change my review of this salon, but I have been dyeing my hair red color for nearly two years and have never had a problem until I came to Reflect Salon. Unfortunately, that has all now changed. I noticed bleeding the first time I washed my hair. The color was bleeding quite a lot compared to what I was used to, and I had to scrub the tub down with soap to avoid staining. Since then, my bedsheets, winter hats, and bath towels have not been so lucky! When I asked if maybe my stylist had mixed the dye incorrectly, they condescendingly asked me what shampoo I used! NO shampoo causes bleeding like that. So they agreed to check what had been used and informed me it was a fashion dye! They told me they would call me the next day to help, but I received no call or anything. I was not informed the stylist would be using a fashion dye, nor given any care instructions – of course if you are caring for your hair as if you received semi-permanent dye, when they actually doused you in Kool-Aid, all your things will be stained red. Now the only way I can wash my hair is standing over a stainless steel laundry tub – can’t even take a shower without staining the tub, or towel off with anything besides paper towels.
