I luv Courtney she made me feel comfortable getting my hair mop cut. I donated what I believed was long enough for “Locs of Love”, I have a beautiful young Dashound that is always have by my side and I couldn’t believe she was able to pet and treat him comfortable while cutting and styling my mop. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to visit their styling shop. The Staff always makes you feel welcome. They have my interest and my business. This is a very nice, quaint and relaxing salon in downtown O’Fallon. There is a cute little boutique in the “lobby” for you to shop while you wait. Everyone I had contact with was very nice. It is very organized and gives the feeling of a very “put together” salon. The stylists ask great questions to make sure they provide you with the best experience so that you walk away feeling beautiful! I know I did! ❤️

Stated multiple times to the hairdresser and in her presence I like to keep length on the top; was left with a short head of hair. Agreed to only having a inch taken off but was left quite literally with an inch. I even showed pictures of reference and when asked if she needed to look at them better, she claimed no and went to choppin. The haircut I received left me quite insecure but it is what it is. Won’t come back, it’s really upsetting to pay a premium price to get the same treatment I’d receive at a generic hair salon.

I’ve been going here ever since they opened. You pay quite a bit more, but rightfully so since I am never disappointed walking away from the refinery. For years and years, I had my hair done by Dani, and let me tell you – she just got me. My hair, my makeup, she did miracles and I walked away feeling truly pretty. Unfortunately, she retired, so it was time to find a new stylist. I can tell you confidently that I’ve tried two new stylists, Taylor & Meg, and both of them have been equally as good at doing my hair. Every time I walk in, whether it’s to dye or cut, they walk through everything with me and they tell me different options and choices that lead me to walking out with something I’m really excited about. Plus, it’s just super fun to talk to all of the people at the refinery. Customer service is fantastic, and it really is a wonderful cute place. To sum everything up, I would say that yes, you pay more but for a service you can trust and a service that really does wonders.

This was a very aesthetically pleasing salon. It has a well stocked boutique in the front with jewelry, clothes, and other quirky items. The curator for the jewelry does a great job. The pieces were very unique yet wearable. The haircut – wash/cut/dry – cost me $56. Pretty pricey for a couple inches and a little layering. But, I have had some bad haircuts recently and wanted to fork over a little more money for peace of mind. Courtney cut my hair. She was easy to chat with and did a great job. It seems like they have some talented hair stylists with extensive training. I was thinking of going back to get some color or highlights. It looks like that may be well over $100.

I absolutely loved my experience!! The hair stylist was wonderful at listening and brought out options well. I enjoyed the experience beginning to end because of his communication and just being a nice, friendly person. I felt inspired in there with the city culture and beautiful people dressed well. He did an excellent job with the style and even wanted to make sure I was ready to cut it all off….(i think there was about 8 inches cut off). My cut looks great!
